What printing processes can you use on T-shirts?
Every detail matters. We reproduce your design with precision, and we hold that same standard through every step of production.
Screen printing (the most commonly used):
Ink is pushed through a mesh screen directly onto the fabric. It is the most widely used method for knitwear; pigment-based screen printing needs no wet treatment, which helps prevent the fabric from stretching or deforming. Best for logos and flat-color designs.
•Suitable fabrics: 100% cotton and cotton blends, cotton-poly blends, and quick-dry polyester with specialty inks.
•Suitable custom patterns: bold logos, text, geometric shapes and flat-color designs; not ideal for photos or fine gradients.
Heat transfer printing:
The design is first printed on paper, then heat-transferred onto the fabric. Ideal for detailed artwork with strong layering; on quick-dry polyester, sublimation transfer prints the color into the fabric with no film on top.
•Suitable fabrics: paper transfer on cotton and cotton blends; dye-sublimation on polyester and quick-dry fabrics.
•Suitable custom patterns: full-color detailed artwork, gradients, photographic effects and layered illustrations.
Digital Direct Printing (DTG) :
The design is ink-jetted directly onto the garment like a printer. It is water-based, low-waste, and delivers realistic, finely layered results, ideal for complex designs such as ink-wash art and small-batch orders. Best results on 100% cotton; dark colors require a white underbase.
•Suitable fabrics: 100% cotton or high-cotton content; polyester needs pretreatment.
•Suitable custom patterns: photographic images, ink-wash art, fine details and subtle gradients.
Puff Printing:
After printing and heat treatment, the design rises into a soft three-dimensional relief with an embroidery-like effect.
•Suitable fabrics: cotton and cotton blends, especially smooth, stable knit fabrics.
•Suitable custom patterns: bold lettering, dimensional logos and raised accent graphics; avoid very fine lines and large gradient areas.
Gold / Silver Foil Stamping:
Metallic foil is heat-pressed onto the printed design, creating a shiny metallic finish.
•Suitable fabrics: smooth cotton and cotton-blend fabrics; avoid high-stretch or heavily textured areas.
•Suitable custom patterns: small logos, monograms, linework and simple elegant motifs; not suitable for large all-over prints.
Flock (Velvet) Printing:
Short fibers are electrostatically planted onto the adhesive-coated pattern to form a soft velvet texture, often used for logos and decorative motifs.
•Suitable fabrics: cotton and cotton-blend knit fabrics with a smooth, stable surface.
•Suitable custom patterns: brand marks, badges, letters and simple decorative motifs; not suitable for fine gradients or very small details.

Good color and durable: high color saturation and strong covering power, even if it is printed on dark clothes, it is very eye-catching, and it is very washable.
Cost-effective: Low cost for bulk customization, it is the first choice for team uniforms, class uniforms and activity shirts.
· Interesting cartoons and young fashion brands: suitable for lively designs such as bold line text, cartoon images, and block logo. The printed visual impact is strong, and the feel is interesting, which is very popular with young people.
· Local embellishment and theme promination: It is most suitable as a local highlight, such as making the Logo or Slogan keywords on the chest bulging, with a clear main and secondary points, and playing the role of finishing touches.

If your customized clothing is light-colored pure cotton, digital direct injection is the best choice for both “high quality” and “low threshold”.
