Our MOQ is 50 pieces per style and design. Within one style, you can mix sizes and colors freely, so 50 pcs can be split across your size run. There is no additional setup charge for mixing sizes.

Yes. Samples are highly recommended and we offer them for every fabric. Sample fee is USD 30/pc for cotton and USD 32/pc for quick-dry fabric, including a standard single-color print, with courier charged at cost. The sample fee is fully credited toward your bulk order once it is confirmed, and samples typically take 5-7 days.

We provide a finished garment size chart in both cm and inches for sizes S-5XL, with separate charts for T-shirts and polo shirts. If you are unsure, order a size-set sample first – it is the most reliable way to confirm fit before bulk production.

For T-shirts we offer 100% cotton from 180 gsm to 300 gsm heavyweight, plus quick-dry performance fabric. For polos we offer cotton pique, quick-dry pique, and premium jacquard. All cotton is combed and pre-shrunk, and every order passes an AQL 2.5 inspection before shipment. Fabric test reports and CPSIA/REACH compliance support are available on request.

Solid color options depend on the fabric: cotton styles come in 60+ colors, quick-dry styles in around 30+ sport-oriented colors, and jacquard polos are offered in the colorways that match each woven pattern. We will send a digital color chart and can arrange physical swatches so you can confirm the exact shade before production.

We support screen printing, heat transfer, DTG, puff printing, foil stamping, flocking, and embroidery. Screen printing is the standard value option for logos and flat-color designs; DTG suits photographic artwork and small batches; sublimation is the best choice for all-over prints on quick-dry fabric. Each method has its recommended fabrics and pattern types – send us your artwork and we will recommend the best option for your design.

Send vector files (AI, PDF, EPS) or high-resolution PNG at 300 DPI with a transparent background. Our design team checks every file for print issues and sends you a digital proof for approval before any sample or production starts – no design experience needed.

Samples take 5-7 days after artwork confirmation. Bulk production takes 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit. Shipping time depends on your chosen method: express courier takes about 3-7 days, while sea freight takes longer but is much more economical for larger orders. We will quote shipping on every order.

Samples are payable by PayPal or credit card, and sample fees are fully credited to your bulk order once confirmed. Standard orders (stock fabrics, regular decoration, up to 1,000 pcs): 30% deposit by bank transfer, with the remaining 70% due before shipment. Custom production (custom-dyed fabrics, jacquard, special processes, or large embroidery): 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. Large orders (1,000+ pcs) or long-term partners: 30% deposit with the balance against the Bill of Lading, or an irrevocable LC at sight.

Every batch is checked under AQL 2.5 standards, and we can provide photos/videos or third-party inspection before dispatch. If any defect is found after you receive the goods, send us photos within 7 days and we will replace or rework the faulty pieces. We want the first order to be the start of a long partnership.
